Instead of making you fill out a complicated form yourself, we keep it simple: just provide your name, contact, and a brief description of what you want to sell (or the service you offer). No need to sign up for an account – one quick form is all it takes to get started.

Once you submit the initial form, our Kalystar team will reach out via WhatsApp or phone promptly. We do this to gather all the details needed for a great listing. You can share photos of your item, a detailed description, and set your price (don’t worry, we can advise on pricing if you’re unsure). This personal touch ensures your listing looks professional and attracts the right buyers.

After we have your details, our team creates the listing and publishes it on Kalystar.com under the appropriate category. Your ad will include all the information provided – photos, description, price, your location (city/town), and a contact button or number. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s live, usually within a short time frame. Now thousands of buyers across Zimbabwe can see your listing!

Interested buyers will contact you directly via the contact info on the listing (often through the “Chat on WhatsApp” linked to your number or by calling you). Be responsive to inquiries – answer questions and arrange meet-ups with potential buyers. Remember to follow safety best practices when scheduling meetings or closing deals. Once you find a buyer, arrange a safe place and time to exchange the item or service for payment. It’s a good idea to bring the item to a public location and, if the item is high in value, have a friend accompany you. After you’ve sold your item or been hired for your service, that’s it – congrats on your successful deal! If your item is sold, kindly inform us so we can mark the listing as sold or remove it. This helps prevent other buyers from contacting you unnecessarily.
